We do not require account creation.

C. Camera Usage
RiseOn may request Camera permission to complete mission challenges such as:
- Smile Selfie

- Custom photo verification
Images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded, stored, or shared with our servers.
D. Microphone Usage
If enabled by the user, microphone access may be used for future voice-based wake-up challenges.
Audio is processed locally and is never recorded, uploaded, or stored by us.
E. Motion Sensors
Accelerometer and other motion sensors may be used for challenges such as:
- Shake phone
- Movement detection
Sensor data is used only while completing missions and is never transmitted externally.
2. Permissions We Use
CAMERA
Used for:
- Smile Selfie mission
- Object Find mission
- Future visual challenges
Images remain on-device.
RECORD_AUDIO
Used only for optional voice-based missions.
No recordings are stored or uploaded.
USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT
Used so alarms can appear immediately over the lock screen and wake the user at the scheduled alarm time.
This permission is essential for an alarm clock application.
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM
Used to schedule alarms at the exact requested time.
Without this permission, alarms may be delayed by Android battery optimizations.
RiseOn uses this permission solely for user-created alarm functionality.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE (mediaPlayback)
Used while an alarm is actively ringing to:
- Play alarm sounds
- Keep the alarm active
- Prevent interruption by system optimizations
The foreground service stops automatically when the alarm is dismissed.
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW
If enabled by the user, this permission allows RiseOn to display mission screens above other apps to ensure alarms cannot be accidentally bypassed.
It is used only during active alarms.
HIGH_SAMPLING_RATE_SENSORS
Used for accurate shake detection and motion-based challenges.
No sensor information is stored or transmitted.
VIBRATE
Used to vibrate during alarms.
WAKE_LOCK
Keeps the device awake while alarms are ringing.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
Automatically restores alarms after device restart.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Displays:
- Upcoming alarms
- Reminder notifications
- Streak reminders
- Daily motivation
3. Subscription Information
RiseOn offers premium access through Google Play Billing.
Current pricing (may vary by region):
- Monthly: ₹129/month
- Yearly: ₹588/year (equivalent to ₹49/month)
- 3-day free trial (where available)
Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play.
We do not receive or store your payment card information.
4. Data Storage
Most app data is stored locally on your device.
This includes:
- Alarm schedules
- Missions
- Preferences
- Streaks
- Progress
- Statistics
We do not operate cloud storage for personal user data.
5. Analytics
Anonymous analytics may be collected to improve:
- App stability
- Feature usage
- Crash reporting
- Performance optimization
These analytics cannot be used to personally identify users.
6. Advertising
RiseOn does not display advertisements.
The app operates on a premium subscription model with in-app purchases only.
No third-party advertising SDKs are used.
